After paying all the money hotel denied entry by stating that we don't offer it at this price. Ask us to pay more.

Going to this hotel will make you question who is paying who. Are you paying the hotel? Is the hotel paying you? You never know because the staff specifically the receptionist will treat and talk to you like you are living there for free as a refugee. I believe even refugees get better treatment though. Cleanliness: The hotel has these weird smelling hand washes and body washes that will make you feel like puking. When I asked the receptionist to atleast provide a soap she said and I quote "aisa hi hai sab rooms mai nai milega" hotels that cost 1/3rd of what this dump costs at-least provide the basic amenities that don't make you puke. Food: This is the only reason why I don't completely despise this place. Food was excellent. However the waiter told me that they started operating separately and deal with everything themselves. I wonder why.

Neat & clean Room. But for next day Room not clean. In Wardrobe, no pipe & No hangers to hang clothes . Lift was there, but not working. Taken Rs. 40/- extra, but receipt not given. Food bill also not given

“Worst hotel with worst staff”
Not clean, staff was also no available to pickup luggage, receptionist was not interested in answering any query. Does not have it's resturant and only providing nonveg food and there is not veg hotel near by. I have to complain Oyo customer care where they give me diff hotel nd told me that I'll give my refund. But now they are saying that they cannot give refund.
