スタッフはサポートが充実しており、場所も良いです。しかし、いくつか改善が必要な点があります。 1. ルームサービス： -初日、部屋にはブランケットや掛け布団などが提供されませんでした。フロントに電話したところ数分後に届けられました。 -2日目、ルームクリーニング後、椅子のカバーが汚れていました。 2. インルームダイニング：初日に何かを注文しました。15～20分で届くと言われましたが、30分経っても届きませんでした。再度電話しましたが、誰も電話に出ませんでした。3回試みました。その後、5分待ってから注文が35～40分で届きました。

部屋はとても清潔です。スタッフのサービスは迅速です。朝食の種類も豊富です。便利な場所にあり（徒歩圏内にたくさんのレストランがあります）。 ただ一つの欠点：広告にあるようなバレーサービスはありません。
