We used this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for the Ganesha Festival. We entered on Visa on Arrival and forgot to get the written documentation required for our stay. However, with their help I was able to contact the eFRRO office and solve the problem. The room we stayed in was very clean and there was no dust at all even though there was a child hiding and playing under the bed. It was my first time in India and I was worried, but the hotel was more comfortable than hotels in New Delhi. I think a few more stars would not be a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure, air condition, towels are all perfect. All thanks to Ms.pradnya who was in charge of keeping the room clean everyday. We only used the breakfast on the first day, but all the staff are friendly and supportive to make sure nothing is missing. Ms POMPA in particular was proactive in communicating with us and provided us with a great time. I would like to write down everyone else's names as they were all wonderful, but I regret that I forgot to ask for their names. Finally, thanks to Mr yogeshwar for encouraging me to write a review.
