🏡 House Rules (Luxury & Corporate Standard) • Check-in / Check-out Check-in and check-out details will be shared prior to arrival. Guests are requested to adhere strictly to the scheduled timings. • Maximum Occupancy A maximum of 4 registered guests is permitted. Entry is restricted strictly to guests included in the booking. • Quiet Living Environment This is a peaceful residential society. Parties, gatherings, or loud music are strictly prohibited at all times. • Smoking & Substances Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas. • Care of the Property Kindly treat the home with care. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged as per agoda policy. • Furniture & Interior Furniture, décor, and fittings must not be moved, altered, or removed from the apartment. • Parking One reserved car parking is provided. Parking is allowed only in the designated slot. • Self Check-in Responsibility Guests must follow the shared self check-in instructions carefully to ensure a smooth, secure, and discreet entry. • Security & Access Control Access details are strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside the booking. • Society Rules & Amenities As per Amanora society regulations, guests are not permitted to use society amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or other common facilities. This policy is non-negotiable. • Linen & Towel Usage Policy Bed sheets and towels are provided strictly for personal use only. Use of towels or bed linen for shoe cleaning, floor cleaning, makeup removal, oil, dye, or any non-intended purpose is strictly prohibited. Any permanent stains, damage, or misuse will attract additional charges: • Bed sheet: ₹2,000 per item • Towel: ₹750 per item Charges will be recovered through agoda as per the damage and replacement policy. • Pets Pets are not allowed. • Compliance & Enforcement Guests must comply with all society guidelines and security protocols. Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
