The hotel staff were very unprofessional. They demanded extra amount for allowing to stay at the hotel which was completely unprofessional of them. I reached out to Agoda customer care and they even couldn't help me on the situation. It was very terrible experience

sub standard. bed sheets were dirty torn n repaired. denied booking n asked for more price thanwhat had been paid n booked over n above the agoda deal

Don't travel . They do charge more money after booking from agoda will not recommend

“Not hygiene, not good”
Room is not enough clean , the washroom door is rusted with bugs , No hot water in winter too ( geyser is not switched on even after repeated calls also). Not suggested.
