There was a misunderstanding when you chose the larger room by misinforming our staff about your booking category. The room was chosen by you, and our staff was available at the time of check-in. You could have asked them to clean it. According to our records, you booked a deluxe room (our lowest category). However, we upgraded your stay to a higher category room based on the information you provided to our staff about the booking category. We did not make any changes afterward. Please rest assured that your room was different and completely cleaned. We take 100% sincerity in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. “すごく良い”
部屋は清潔で、立地もアクセスしやすかった。バルコニーからの眺めは良い。近くにはスナック、果物、食料品が手に入るが、良い飲食店はなかった。
