This was a really expensive apart-hotel for the quality and service. The reception and service personnel are really barebones and the entry looks like a small office building. But even if the actual room and service were good it would make sense. The third bedroom in a 3-bed apartment had a horrible sofa cum bed. But they were nice to get us an extra bed and also add one later. But it should not even have been required. The toilettries, the absence of any phones for service, the overall experience was inadequate for the price. At this price, we were expecting a lot more, also coming from Hyatt.

“Great Room, Long Waits & a Breakfast Chase”
Stayed at Hyatt Residences recently, and while the property itself is stunning — with spacious, beautifully designed rooms and a location that offers breathtaking views — the experience was let down by poor service and miscommunication. Room service was consistently delayed, with wait times stretching over an hour and requiring multiple follow-up calls each time. Definitely not what you'd expect from a property of this standard. Another disappointing aspect was the breakfast arrangement. We were not informed at check-in that breakfast is served at Andaz Annamaya, quite a walk away. Upon reaching, we had to wait 15–20 minutes and were only seated at 10:50 am. Shockingly, the buffet was being cleared while we had just begun eating — a highly unprofessional move. To their credit, the manager Inder did step in after we raised a concern and made an effort to make us comfortable. However, the damage was already done, and it left a mark on what could have been a great stay. Hyatt Residences has the potential, but service and communication need serious improvement to match the luxury it promises.
