I sent the hotel an email request for airport pickup. With no response after two days, I phoned and finally someone arranged pick up. When I checked in, I asked for maps (metro, city) and any tourism literature. Nothing was available. The hotel is located down a dusty alley. It's walking distance to restaurants and interesting shops. The Metro is a 7-minute walk away. My first room had a non-functioning TV and a shower with limited hot water. These issues were resolved with a room change. It seemed to me that the management had no interest in keeping some of their equipment in good working order. There was also a lack of room furniture - nowhere to put my suitcase, no chair, no night-table, no drawers in which to place my clothing. On my request, they added a plastic chair and a small table. English TV channels included BBC CNN RT CCTV Al Jazerra HBO. I had a "breakfast included" room. I had to ask when, where, how this was to take place. The menu was limited, and as it turned out, I needed to order it from the reception, and it would be delivered to my room or to the "rooftop" space. That rooftop is nothing special, although it could be with a few friends and a bottle! The menu for other meals was extensive, reasonably priced, and was sourced from a local vendor. The security lockbox is simply a locked drawer at reception. That is not very professional, and I am not comfortable leaving my valuables so exposed. Hotel policy forbade staff from entering the room without the guest present. This meant that I had to ask for toilet paper, soap, towel change, and room cleaning. BTW- the toilet paper was in small rolls and lasted for only two BMs. Wifi was very good. Laundry was quick and well-ironed - even the socks! When I checked out, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay for all the bottles of water that I had requested. Not much money; but, along with the other definicies, it's indicative of a system-oriented (not customer-focused) approach.

“Safe and secure Total privacy Value for money”
it was a very pleasant stay. location is good. my first preference is all about safety and privacy. i got what i want.very good for solo and group travelers. love to visit again. :)
