I took a platinum room and this is what I got 1. Broken chair leg 2. Dirty sofas which has white cover and you can see the black dirt on it 3. Faulty soap dispenser, asked to look into, but it didn't work the next day too 4. Floor panel coming off 5. Bath tub with no water plug! So only can stand and shower! 6. Key not working (saw this not only for me but for other guests too) Had to be registered twice at 12 in the night 7. Staff is good. It is a wanna be good, but basics are just not in place. You can't charge for platinum and not give basics.

You can find much better hotel for much better price. Pictures online are not real. Can't write enough.

The furniture needs cleaning and airing. They didn't give us a proper receipt either. The staff was extremely courteous.

“Hotel La Suite, Good but Not Great”

My opinion of Hotel La Suite is mixed. Pro's: The hotel staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was adequate., not inspiring; but I've had much worse in Delhi hotels. The noise level is bearable. Remember this is Delhi, noise and air pollution are the norm. Con's The hotel and guestrooms need some sprucing up. My guest room could definitely use a new coat of paint. The wood furniture needs to be restained as well. Finally, both the sink and toilet tank in my bathroom were cracked. Except for the cracked porcelain most of the work is cosmetic. The area, East Patel Nagar, is horrible! I only stayed there because it was near the training centre for my IT course. If you don't have business in East Patel Nagar, then there's absolutely no reason to stay there! There's very few acceptable restaurants in the area. The area itself is quite filthy even by Delhi standards.

Great stay, very attentive and friendly staff, was very much worried about the noise outside but it gets quiet around 22:00 until 07:00 so time enough to sleep quietly.

La suite small hotel near metrostation, rooms are very clean and they have good peds. Food was quite exelent in restorant and servise was great.

first night, staff didn't pass me the card key due to card trouble. i had to call the staff when i enter the room. 2nd day of the stay, staff gave me entery card. it was inconvienience. breakfast was good, but variety was poor. curry taste was excellent. i think they should deploy more table and chairs. there are not so much rooms but we had to share the table on the morning because there were only 4tables. not only this hotel problem, some indian hotels have no heater. in this season, it is relatively cond in delhi especially in the morning. i felt cold in the room at the morning.

“Hotel La Dirty”

At La Suite, we had booked in for and were expecting a 4 star premium room. On arrival we requested non-smoking (on their website they claim they have these) - they dont. We walked into the first room and it still had smoke floating around in it, so he moved us to the ground floor infront of the restaurant and reception, and while there was a faint smell of smoke, it filtered out quickly. What was worst was that the ground was dirty - it definately hadnt been vacummed or mopped. This could have been overlooked - except that we went to the bathroom and there was urine still on the toilet seat - however the hygenic seal had been placed on the toilet to say it had been cleaned - this was infuriating. If it wasnt 11pm at night we would have walked out. Instead we sent the staff in to clean the room over again. The noise from the ground floor and the light from the reception made it almost impossible to sleep. It was a truly aweful experience - but we stayed at another hotel and it didnt get much better - i think this is Delhi - I would go 5 star next time.
