私たちは高齢の親と幼い子供と一緒に行き、3泊しました。外出するたびに水に関する問題があり、温水が出ませんでした。スタッフに助けを求めなければなりませんでした。また、設備や施設は良くなく、急な改修が必要です。スタッフは無力で、申し訳ないという言葉が彼らの業務の一部のように感じられました。とても失望しました。唯一のプラス点は立地です。
