HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - It is mandatory for guests to wear appropriate swimming attire in the pool and shower before entering. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note, there are a total of 5 bedrooms on the premises and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 1 bedroom. - The openness of the property reflects throughout the home, including a few bathrooms that do not have doors.  - Owing to the open ledges at the property, children must be supervised at all times.  - The last 1.5 km. leading up to the villa resembles a hilly terrain and might not be suitable for pregnant women. Guests are advised to remain cautious.  - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Incase of a power outage, there is a generator that can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.  - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.  - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture all the common areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
