We were a group of 3 friends who decided to stay off the main city, Nainital. Problem is this property is located in the middle of farmlands beacause of which mosquitos and spiders pop up in the room in huge numbers especially at night. Although the staff was courteous and provided good room service. But overall better look for properties elsewhere.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptic about booking this property given it was my first with Treebo but buoy how happy I am with my decision. The staff at the hotel is one of the best I have seen till date(I have had more than 500 hotel stays till date). They helped us in each and every stage and we're accommodative of each and every request that we had. Breakfast was good(even though option was limited but taste was extremely good) and there were multiple options to choose for lunch and dinner. The only drawback was the availability of conveyance if you want to explore nearby places like Bhimtal, Saptal etc but that issue was also resolved since we were able to rent scooty from the hotel itself at a very reasonable price. Apart from that, we also booked activities like paragliding via hotel and also got a decent discount on our booking :) Overall considering the booking price and everything, I would rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10.

Over valued and have no staff, it’s hard to get water bottle if you need at night. Very less ownership by management for anything, poor wifi and okayish food.
