場所は1.5キロの上り坂で、道は悪く、ホテルの50メートル手前には道がなく、ただの小石と岩があります。 フロントのスタッフは礼儀正しいですが、彼ら自身のホテルの利用規約を知らず、同じ質問に対してスタッフごとに異なる回答がありました。 ドライバーの宿泊費と食事代は別途請求されると言われたのに、チェックアウト時には金額が倍になり、それは宿泊費のみで、食事代は別に支払う必要があると言われました。 チェックイン日のお話をした方に連絡を取ったところ、そのスタッフは不在だと言われ、どうすることもできないとのことでした。 部屋の清掃について問題があり、3〜4回リマインドしたにもかかわらず、対応がなされませんでした。 バスルームには基本的なアメニティが欠けており、追加で呼ばなければなりませんでした。 物件自体は良いですが、場所は非常に素敵ですが、上り坂を登るのは大変で、近くにレストランがないのは、ここでの食事が好みでない場合の欠点です。 オンラインで良い取引がある場合はホテルは良い選択肢ですが、そうでなければ同じかそれよりも安い価格でより良い場所があります。

The location is bit secluded and requires good amount of off roading. The food was okay but it seemed that they wanted to keep on charging extra ampunt for something or the other. I took the club premium room, hoping for a good view. But it wasnt even decent. Overall a 3 star property

It’s tough to reach as the road is in a very bad condition and no street lights on the last 500 m stretch so quite risky with family

Hotel staff, especially the front desk behaves as bonded labour forced to work. Least bothered about guests, always frustrated fpr no reason. Food is harsh on taste buds and stomach
