While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Luggage will be sanitised by our staff before entering the property, along with sanitisation of hands, clothes and shoes. - Bedsheets and towels will be changed every third day, unless not required. - All rooms will be cleaned everyday, if necessary, or upon request between 10 AM to 1 PM. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Any damages will be charged as per actuals. - Guests are advised to refrain from going for walks after sunset and before sunrise in order to respect the wildlife and avoid any unforeseen incidents. - Water is very limited in the hills, therefore guests are requested to close taps and showers when not in use and conserve water. Kindly do not wash clothes in the bathroom. - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. - There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 5 hours and the inverter can support all the lights, fans and charging points for up to 6 hours. However, power backup will only be used during emergencies. - The host resides on the first and second floor of the same property. - Guests are advised to not step out before sunrise and after sunset, given the presence of wild animals around. - Visitors are allowed on prior notice and are allowed for a limited time only. - Guests are requested to inform the owner if incase they require entry into the house post-midnight. - Please always keep the main door and verandah doors shut. - The host resides on the first and the second floor of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well outside and Airtel and BSNL work fairly indoors. - This is a standalone property. HOUSE RULES - Only family groups are hosted at the property. All-male groups are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. - Drinking is allowed only in the designated areas. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is strictly not permitted. - Please avoid wastage of water and kindly shut the geysers after use. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
