There was no hot water and a fly infestation in the bathroom, we got food poisoning from the restaurant and my husband had to go to the hospital to get some medicine. The sheets were washed but had old stains on them and house keeping was erratic, they didn't always show up when you call to request more items. This hotel is very over priced and wouldn't recommend to travelers, especially those who have only been in India for a short time. We also witnessed some other unhappy customers on two occasions shouting at the reception staff. Best probably to skip breakfast not worth the money and eat out, which we did after the first morning

I booked an interconnecting room for my family of 4. We got in the room. And the first thing that i saw was a "used" towel in the room. And there was no hot water in the bathroom. I informed these to reception. But there was no action. Also the plates which we had dinner were not taken away from the room even after calling to the "room services" twice. It started stinking in the morning. All these issues were not taken into consideration by the management even after complaining politely to them for about 6 times. Pros : Good AC. The TV has regional channels. I paid a good amount of money for their services advertised. And since I didn't get most of the services they offered, I refused to pay pending bill of food. Well, i never intended to do that. But their attitude forced me to.

I felt, it was wrong decision to choose this hotel because of the staffs and its facilities. Many example I can tell you and few of it for future users, I was stayed with my wife and a kid, The room is lesser in size and not big as 30m sq. so they should put correct room size. for small rooms like lodge it should not be. but i dont think its a problem. The actual problem i faced was I reached by 11 am in the morning, and left the baggage and went out because of the check in time is 12.00, and I came back by 12.40, only than the staff started to make arrangements it took 20 min. and not able to track through how I was booked and they agreed after I had shown the authentication from agoda. I have called the reception asking for some hot water to give medicines for my kid around 8.00 pm and I was behind 3 hrs and 4 intercom calls made every 30 min interval and I went down directly and taken at 11.30, that much of responsive. I found the rooms are full of fly behind the doors and it was not cleaned /sanitized rooms, its warm water after 8.30 am, and no hot water facilities you can enjoy. and they have a bucket and mug to take baths no Jacuzzi or bath tubs facilities. so no helpful staffs or emergency help. I felt the staffs are so worst than the facilities, with facing lots of issues I decided to leave at 11.30 pm, and suppose to leave but a man comes from out side claiming that he is supervisor in night time and try to settle down th issue which I have faced, but in actual he is a restaurant manager. and by the way morning breakfast includes, Idli, vada, set dosa, avalakki, tea/coffe/juice/water was okay for light breakfast. I hope all above are few examples, so its upto you to decide further.

Do not book this hotel via Agoda as this has been blocked by the hotel. I was denied the check-in as Agoda did not send any intimation to the hotel of my booking. Had to call in customer care and waste about an hour of my time before I was permitted to check-in.
