I have a terrible exp in this hotel, would not recommend anyone to stay here, staff behaviour is very rude and unbearable.

Staff behaviour was bad. There is no kitchen in hotel but oye mentioned free breakfast included and they have charged for that too in hotel booking. For extra mattress charges is very high 700 and hotel also did not give receipts and denied for the same. Room was stinking with water seepage.

Stayed here for 5 days. Absolutely not worth the money. Except for the great location there is nothing valuable here. Lift wasn't working the whole time. Agoda showed that my price was inclusive of breakfast but the hotel didn't have a restaurant. An experience to forget definitely.

unfortunataly I had to check out the hotel early because of the worst service I have ever been provided by an hotel like I there were no cuttlary provided by them in the breckfast and they bought the breckfast from an street vendor , there were a lot of smell of smoking in the hotel, ac was leaking, mattress not cleaned, I told the staff to make my room when I was not there but when I returned the room was still not cleaned. I am really shocked that a company like agoda has these poor hotels listed in there website. Although I have made the payment I think that the money should be refunded by agoda in order to maintain there image. I hope these hotels should not be there in agoda
