The best hotel I've come across. It's pocket friendly, has a nightclub, rooftop restaurant, banquets, open bar, conference rooms etc. I can't get over it 💜

The hotel is ok for shorter stays. The facilities are not available. Had booked the reservation with breakfast, but there was no availability of breakfast there. Also water bottles were not replenished daily.

The rooms were very dirty, linen was smelly, rooms had a bad stench, bathrooms were unclean. Not recommended at all

The banquet hall is good. The rooms however are abysmal. We booked an entire room combined, bride and groom's side. Of the three rooms I visited, one did not have the flush push button. One, we had to flush the bathroom, which indicates the house keeping hasn't been there. One seemed good, but by next morning had a choked bathroom. Room service is virtually non existent. Another group, which stayed in a different hotel, had a very comfortable stay. Re iterating that the banquet halls are good. But book rooms only after thorough inspection, and after checking couple of rooms. Don't trust just the sample room they show. They have promised they will improve, but I leave that to your judgment.

The rooms were not clean. There were mosquitoes all around. Dirty washrooms and floors were dusty. I had to vacate within 15 minutes of check in and had to look at other hotels at the last moment. Room conditions are pathetic. I would never recommend it to anyone.

We had booked total of 3 rooms for 2 days during our stay. As per Agoda, the breakfast was supposed to be free, but the at the hotel they informed they do not serve breakfast. Agoda had different prices with/wo breakfast. While coming to the rooms, in one of the rooms the bathroom lock was broken. Also even the water bottle wasn't replenished the next day. We have explicitly ask them. So I would rate average and for short stay this seems ok as it is in prime location.

Hotel was a good property earlier. But now the lockdown has impacted thier business it seems. There is no room service. Followed by missing of basic amenities viz: 1. No tea bags, 2. No toiletries 3. No wifi. In addition to this the door and chairs looked stained.

If any party is going on you will be sleep at hotel without food because there is no action taken against room service people while doing complaint in reception also really bad day for me no one reposond for food orders including room service and reception . If you want to just stay at hotel is ok but other services vise is really pathetic you need to carry out your tiffins for food here.
