部屋は非常に悪い状態で、最も良い部屋であるプレミアスイートの家具は古くて恐ろしいです。私たちは眠ることもできませんでした。外からの交通騒音がとても大きかったです。18年前に見たのと全く同じ家具を見て衝撃を受けました。アップグレードが必要だと思いませんか？これらの部屋では窮屈です。換気のある下位カテゴリの部屋をリクエストしましたが、却下されました。この宿泊施設で寝不足の夜を過ごしました。スパ、ゲーム、スポーツ、プールなどの施設は一切ありませんでした。バスルームの排水溝が詰まっていました。チェックイン後すぐに排水の清掃をお願いしなければならず、そのプロセスには約1時間かかりました。本当に？ホテルでこんなことをしなければならないのですか？全体的な体験は悪いものでしたが、スタッフは丁寧で良かったです。しかし、本当にアップグレードが必要です。 Waschraumのトイレもすべて汚れがありました。バスタブはありましたが、ドレイナーの閉じる部分がなかったので使用できませんでした。ビュッフェには良い選択肢がなく、夕食を食べることができませんでしたし、近くに店もありませんでした。空腹で寝なければなりませんでした。絶対にお勧めできません。彼らは本当に内装に取り組む必要があります。私自身がインテリアデザイナーとして、最良のサービスのために美しくアップグレードされるべき物件について何百万ものアイデアを持っています。ありがとう。

部屋の写真は誤解を招くものでした。私たちは1泊16,000円という驚くべき価格で河畔のデュプレックスを予約し、マナリでの5日間の滞在の中で、このホテルの滞在（2泊）を最も期待していました。到着すると、部屋の古いインフラに驚愕しました。デュプレックスは河のごく小さな景色しか見えず、河向きではなくバルコニーもなく、私たちが予約したのは河岸のデュプレックスでした。部屋やギャラリーはしみだらけです。ギャラリーのカーペットは非常に古く、ギャラリーはそれが原因で臭います。部屋の中やバスルームのすべてのアメニティは数十年前のものです。カーテンから鏡、木製の床、家具、シャワー、蛇口まで、すべて非常に古く、維持されていません（写真参照）。ホテルの外観は良く維持されており、人々を惹きつけるためのものでした。 ビュッフェ式の朝食は限られた選択肢があり、繰り返しのもので、価格に見合っていません。フロントデスクのスタッフはまったく協力的ではありません。昼食や夕食を終えた後、部屋から器を取りに来る人は誰もおらず、何度も呼んでも来てくれません。皿を部屋の外に置いておくと、何時間もそのままです。このホテルのサービスとインフラは、全く価格に見合いません。 ホテルの立地だけが良いところですが、それは家族がこれだけの費用をかけた後の傷ついた気持ちを補うものではありません。
