The location of this property is secluded. Please note that there are multiple villa units at the property. Common areas may be shared. All-male groups are not allowed. This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. Mobile networks such as Vi work fairly well here. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10:30PM. Playing music is not permitted in open spaces after 10:30PM. Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings that are as follows: Breakfast - 8:30AM - 10:30AM, Lunch 12:30PM - 2:30PM, High-Tea 5:30PM - 6:30PM and Dinner 8:30PM - 10:30PM. - Food will only be served in the gazebo area outdoors, which is a few steps away from the main units. No food will be served in the bedrooms. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. Back-to-back bookings are not allowed. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
