Everything is average over there except the pool view.I don’t think that they are capable enough to hold a large crowd so don’t go on 31 dec like dates.

This place is the best place with relaxing environment. The facilities are good but may be managed much better. The front office was supported by the trainee only and naturally they are clueless most of the time. The housekeeping are very good and always try to make your stay wonderful. Overall very nice stay in a calm and quiet, under the lap of nature

Excellent property but food is at Fort Raichak 5 mins walk, carry own liquor and snacks

The property is a part of fort Raichak . The pool is shallow but well maintained the rooms are poorly maintained. Most restaurants are closed during the week. The fort Raichak room service kitchen is really poor . The staff are super hardworking though. The free breakfast at the Raichak fort is also very elaborate and good.

If you are visiting this place with public transport specially by train via Diamond Harbor station, you land into trouble. You might not get any mode of transport to reach to this property which is approx 16 km away. Or even if you found any Auto, consider spending up to Rs. 500/- for this 16 km journey.

Very poor service . many facilities missing. Food quality and service are both very poor and overpriced too. Total waste of money

Not too many food options or activities. But good for one or two days for relaxation

Everything was superb but pricing was on a higher side and at least one meal should have been included.....rest v good would love to visit again

Really very bad and slow service...we had never expected that in such an expensive property we get so poor service...duplex villa didnt had any microwave or any glasses or plates or cups which we get in any 2-3 star category hotel as well..food is not served after 10.30pm which makes outing more bad...also no food menu was given in any of the 5 cilla we had booked and we had to ask for atleast 10 times..would never recommend or stat in this property ANAYA ever again in future...we had paid reallyvery high price for such a horrible property...no news paper
