滞在は楽しく、素晴らしい景色と十分な駐車スペースがありました。スタッフは親切で気配りがあり、体験を良いものにしてくれました。施設は全体的にかなり良かったものの、一部のエリアでは清潔さに改善の余地があり、期待には応えられませんでした。しかし、温水がいつでも利用できることは確かにプラスであり、些細な欠点にもかかわらず快適な滞在ができました。

Hotel Khavel is nice and situated in a decent location having easy access to Butterfly Park and other sightseeing location around Khanvel. However, the resort does not have a-la-carte and travellers are forced to take a entire meal package. The package comes at a very high cost and the quality of the food is also not a value for money. People visit these places for sightseeing and hence should not be enforced to take entire meal package. Most of the times they are at different places. Cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved.

Very relaxed and refreshed out there

This resort is situated in nice location with lot of greeneries inside and outside both, that makes area more colder than others. Prima facie I had a great feeling as soon as I entered the resort since its big with lot of visible amenities but dur8ng check in reception lady told me about food packages which was exorbitantly price- per day food packge was costlier than per day room price- which was bit frustrating since no ala karte choice given due to this I had to manage my food outside for all my 3 days of stay. The other facilities like Carrom/TT board kept in open area nearer to plant/ water due to which it was not in good playing condition. The only part I liked about the Orchetra pdrformed by RT music- Rajesh Tiwari which was wonderfull and also DJ disk was good with nice music but it could have been arranged in bigger area to accomodate more people considring the resort capacity. Overall I would suggest to keep food price transparency while allowing booking for the same.
