Sucha worst. when we reached hotel, they said we are sold-out even though we had booked. I called Agoda customer care, still I was waiting in reception almost 3 hours. I was harrassed like anything. No food, adjusted in a uncleaned , 3rd grade room which was not in booked plan. I requested customer care to refund at least one night as I was harrassed and adjusted like a dog. but customer care did not responded yet. now I am going to file a consumer harrassment case against hotel and Agoda.

“Superb resort in a great location 👍👍”
Amazing experience here and truly a hill station, unlike munnar which has become quite commercial. Hills and valleys surround the resort on all sides. Good natured people and a tranquil atmosphere. Truly a heaven!!! Located in Kanthaloor which is 55 km from munnar and takes around 2 hours on a winding hilly road. The road is good but safer and beautiful to travel in daylight, so plan accordingly and keep offline map downloaded. You can take the jeep ride to various points and visit the Annamudi shola national park and just chill around. Ask in advance whether the national park is open. Ps: The road from here to Kundala lake is through the national park and cars cannot ride here
