House Rules & Policies 1. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in may be accommodated subject to prior approval and availability. 2. Guest & Visitor Policy • Only guests included in the confirmed booking are permitted on the property. • Additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval from the host. • The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation. 3. Quiet Hours & Conduct • Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Loud music, including home theatre use, is not permitted after 10:00 PM. • Parties or events are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. 4. Smoking Policy • Smoking is permitted only in designated open/outdoor areas. • Smoking, hookah, vaping, or similar activities are strictly prohibited inside the villa. 5. Bedrooms & Common Areas • Food is not permitted inside bedrooms. • Guests are requested to clean up after themselves in common areas and the kitchen. • Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and do not leave food uncovered to avoid pests. 6. Safety & Security • Kindly ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. • Please report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly. 7. Utilities & Sustainability • Guests are requested to use water and electricity responsibly. • We appreciate your cooperation in conserving resources. 8. Linen & Housekeeping • Fresh linens are provided at check-in and refreshed once every three days for longer stays. 9. Pet Policy Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to an additional pet fee. Guests bringing pets must ensure: • All pet essentials (bed, food, bowls, leash, etc.) are brought along. • Pets are house-trained and supervised at all times. • Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture. • Guests clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. • Any damage, stains, odors, or additional cleaning caused by pets will be charged. • Pets do not cause noise or disturbance to neighbors or residents. 10. Damages & Security Deposit • Guests are responsible for any breakage or damage to the property, furnishings, linens, or appliances and will be charged at actual replacement or repair cost. • A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 will be collected at check-in and refunded after check-out, subject to: • No damage to the property • Guest count matching the booking • Checkout time being respected 11. Legal Compliance • Possession or use of illegal substances and engagement in illegal activities are strictly prohibited on or off the premises. • Any violations will be reported to agoda and relevant authorities if required. 12. Identification Requirements • Valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. • Foreign nationals must share passport and valid visa details prior to arrival, as per local regulations. 13. Meals & Services • Accommodation charges cover stay only. • All meals and additional services are chargeable unless explicitly included. 14.
