3日間滞在した後、スタッフが部屋の掃除やタオルの交換をしないことがわかりました。私が宿泊したのはシングルエコノミールームで、飲料水は提供されず、1日あたり500mlのボトル水を提供すると言っていましたが、残りは自分で購入しなければなりませんでした。初日には500mlの飲料水を1本もらいました。テレビにはリモコンがなく、苦情を伝えるための電話も動作していませんでした。受付のスタッフは自分たちのレストランから食べ物を注文させることにしか興味がなく、良いレビューを求めていました。もし彼らが顧客満足のために何か努力をしていたなら、私はまともなレビューを投稿していたでしょう。
