Location is good. Don't expect nearby pharmacy. Reception don't have medicine either. Charging ports are not working properly. AC is not functioning properly. Allergic bedsheets. Wifi speed is not good. Bathing Water is good. Geyser is good. Toiletry kits were available

One can choose this Hotel for Stay but without buffet. For Meals you can approach the adjoining Family Restaurant named "Delicacy Dhaba". The food is fairly much better and reasonable their.

Please check the cleanliness,it would have been better . After entering the room I found some packets in corner of the room and hairs in the bed for which it should have been clean nicely and check the bed .

Cost was 2800 per night but hot water is not working, room was very compact or small. But food and the price is reasonable or you can say good. But with that price there are variety of options available. We choose it because it's a 3 star property. And geyser is not working. The staff are not well behaved.

Beds: Bed bugs was seen and reported to reception TV: Not working. they kept on changing the set-top boxes as they were not recharged. after multiple changes, lost patience and asked them to stop the effort. AC: The controls were not working Room: Decent size, but with a smell Sound Isolation: The hotes is close to the guwahati By-pass so be prepared for constant noise and honking during busy hours Breakfast: choice was very very very limited. the parathas that were served were hard, felt like they were prepared long back and were just re-heated and served. Elevators: Bad smell Pros: relatively close to ISBT and Ayursundra hospital. Will i visit again? A big NO

Never ever am I going to stay in that hotel again and I won't recommend it to anybody. Too many negatives compared to positives. Pros - 1. Very close to Inter State Bus Terminus. 2. Aesthetically fine. Cons - 1. As the hotel is situated just beside the highway, it gets very noisy at night and early morning as a lot of trucks start moving on the highway. So, could not sleep peacefully. 2. Very unprofessional staff. The receptionist is either confused or unresponsive. Most of the waiters are very untidy. Their uniforms are covered with stains. The bellboy who carried our luggage was polite though. The Food and Beverage Manager by the name of Idrish Ali is very ill-mannered and rude. He does not know how to speak to guests. However, the manager called Akram was very helpful. 3. You are entitled to only one Bath towel despite booking a room for two. There are no hand towels. You may get them only on request. 4. Breakfast items are very limited. No fruits and no juice.

First of all, the hotel is very far away from the airport. I had already informed the hotel of my late check in. I checked in around 6-6:30 p.m. and still had to wait for around 45 mins before the room was "ready". Coming to the room, it was a "Handicap" room - all the other rooms were already occupied so they had to shift us to a room on the ground floor. It was not cleaned properly and the lights were also not working properly. There were no room slippers provided, not even a dustbin! Only after raising a big hue and cry did they finally relent and upgraded us to another room. The staff is courteous, but the service needs to be way better. Not recommended if you think you can relax here :(

“Convenient location but needs upkeep”
The room i had the AC blades were broken. the curtain was small in width so did not completely cover the windows. As on the main road there is an open gutter (which they cant do much about) there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. They had provided a mosquito repellent which after using in the morning there were at least 10 dead insects on the bed. I asked for a slight late checkout which was instead of 12pm if i can check out at 1pm the outright response was that late check out is only till 1pm and 50% charge of the room. i was totally taken aback as they didnt even think twice before responding especially as the hotel had empty rooms. FYI this was by the lady on the front desk in the morning and she had no interest in even listening to me. Though when i was checking in late evening there was a guy at the front desk who on the other hand was very courteous and was welcoming. The two good things in their favour - Location is perfect if you are looking something in that area and half hour away from the airport - the price is very reasonable though i would have just preferred if they had kept the mosquito repellent switched on before i reached.
