I was late by one and half hour than the promised time of check in as it was raining on morning that day and I was traveling by two wheeler. When I shown the booking confirmation mail at the front desk, the hotel manager informed that they don't have any more room. All filled as they only offer room, who comes first. They have suggested me to call Agoda customer care for alternate option. I started checking Agoda help line number in the mail. But I didn't find anything. Then I checked in internet & found +91-0008000501620 number for help line. But it doesn't exist. May be it belongs to a parallel universe. I had an interview to attend. Hence I searched a hotel near by & booked with double of the price, also I missed the interview. Really pathetic service of Agoda & hotel oyo6314 highland manor. Now my question is, when a room is booked, the hotel staff don't have common sense to call once before offering the room to someone else & what kind of service are you providing to your customer Agoda ? Really shameful.

Very agressive staff, the manager is very bad mannered . We paid online and when we visited there they said you have to pay some extra for the facilities otherwise we won't allot but there's no such facilities available bedsheets were dirty rooms were dark and the whole vibe was very bad , we didn't stay there. We asked for the refund of that extra charges but they started making issues. Extremely horrible experience. They were trying to here our conversation next to our room.
