“臭い部屋とエアコン”
エアコンから非常に強い湿気と不快な臭いが漂う部屋に泊まりました。エアコンのフィルターが長い間掃除されていないか、交換されていないようでした。 一日中働いた後に遅れて到着し、すでにとても疲れていましたが、その臭いがひどくてエアコンをつけておくことが耐えられませんでした。結局、眠るためにエアコンを切らざるを得ず、滞在が非常に不快になりました。 ホテルがもっと定期的にエアコンの点検とメンテナンスを行うことを願っています。適切な換気と清潔さがあれば、ゲストの体験が大いに改善されるでしょう。
