The only problem is that they dont have a kitchen so only basic breakfast is avilable , however there are eating places nearby so not much of an issue. very close to the beach, 3 mins walk but a lil far away from the main road. it was rainy season so the roads leading to the hotel from the main road was EXTREMELY BAD and scary. over all good and staff is helpful

Disappointing constant problems with electricity going on and off , seems it only affected Marbela as surrounding building lights remained on. Staff very nice and helpful they did their best but rooms were nice but everything was a little tired including me! Eventually gave up after three days and moved, pity nobody with authority from management was ever there to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and the sorry state of disrepair the building is in. Money better spend elsewhere.

The pictures taken are at very clever angles. In reality the location is horrible, there is no road there and parking enough for one car. The beach is a little walk from the location. The view isn't great either especially if you've been to Goa often this is disappointing. Please do not mistake this place for Marbela beach resort. This place has no kitchen, no restaurants or shops nearby. The staff there were kind enough to let us stay at the beach resort after requesting them

Location is bad, rooms look different from pictures on the web. In Goa, you can 99 out of 100 hotels are next to the beach, this is the 1 out of 100 that locates on the farm land, 10 minutes walk from beach. It is simply not worth the money. Breakfast is poor. Staff is nice though.

“Pathetic Stay!”
There are innumerable things which I did not like about the property; for sake of time I will mention a few: 1) The location shown here and the actual location are 2,7 kms apart. I have video/ image proof of the same which was shared with Agoda. The actual location had no road/ no directional signage to the property 2) The air conditioning did not work at night despite complains. There was some voltage issue for the entire period of our stay 3) The mobile network at the location is intermittent. To top it up, the wifi at the property did not work. 4) Breakfast is the same everyday with only 2 options to pick from. 5) All complains and requests to the management were ignored/ no call back as promised/ no empathy for ruining our vacation This was the worst ever experience for us. Please re-consider booking your stay here!
