3. お部屋の割り当て：ペットはペット同伴可能なお部屋のみご利用いただけます。これらのお部屋はペットの快適なご滞在のために特別にご用意しております。
介助動物：介助動物は本ポリシーの対象外ですが、基本的な衛生および行動基準を遵守してください。すべてのお客様が快適にお過ごしいただけるようご協力をお願いいたします。

損害賠償：ペットによる損害が発生した場合は、追加料金をお支払いいただきます。
1. ペットが客室内にいる際は、常に監督するかケージに入れていただく必要があります。ハウスキーピングサービスの際、ペットが無人で客室に残されている場合は清掃を行いません。
2. ペットを客室外に連れ出す際は、必ずリードを付け、飼い主様が管理してください。
3. お客様の利便性のため、ペット用の排泄エリアやステーションが設けられている場合があります。設置がない場合は、ペットの排泄は当施設外で行っていただきますようお願いいたします。ペットの排泄のために共用エリアをご利用いただくことはできません。
4. 飼い主様は、指定された排泄エリアでペットの排泄物を必ず回収し、適切に処分してください。
5. ペットはレストラン、プールエリア、スパ・サロン、宴会・会議室、レクリエーションルームなどの共用エリアには同伴できません。パティオなど指定された座席エリアには飼い主様と一緒にご利用いただけます。ペットの散歩や運動は指定された経路をご利用ください。客室外でペットが同伴可能なエリアについては、フロントデスクにご確認ください。
6. 一部の犬種は攻撃的とみなされる場合があり、すべてのお客様の安全のため、これらの犬種は同伴できません。該当する犬種には、ピットブル、グレートデーン、ハスキー、ジャーマンシェパード、ドーベルマン、チャウチャウ、その他当施設の判断による犬種が含まれますが、これらに限りません。犬種に関わらず、攻撃的な行動が見られた場合は、当施設からご退去いただきます。

11. 障がいのあるお客様に対し、介助動物が制御できない場合を除き、介助動物を当施設から退去させるよう求めることはできません。正当な理由で介助動物の退去をお願いする場合は、スタッフはお客様に動物の同伴なしでサービスを受ける機会を提供しなければなりません。

“すごく良い”
ホテルでの滞在は良かったです。いくつかのハイライト： 1) プールは素晴らしいです。非常に良く整備されていて清潔です。たくさんの雨にもかかわらず、清潔さのおかげでプールで快適に過ごすことができました。プールサイドで飲み物や食べ物を注文して、水の中で楽しみながら飲むこともできます。10点満点です。 2) 食事はかなり良かったです。朝食ビュッフェの選択肢も良く、夕食に注文したものも本当に美味しかったです。 改善点： ルームサービスはもう少し早くできると良いです。カトラリーや部屋にないテレビのリモコンなどをお願いしたのですが、届けるのに時間がかかりました。何度も電話をかけなければなりませんでした。 全体的に、楽しい滞在ができました。リクエストに応じて、より良い景色の部屋に変更してくれました。スタッフも非常に感じが良いです。
