“Worst”

No proper facility in room and lift don't work

“Not good for younger people”

Break fast was not good ....pool timing was pretty unsuitable and no extra guests are allowed visit in the hotel

We visited Last week , lift not working , wifi not working , towel not given , mineral water bottle not given also welcome drink they forget to serve. we request to make some breakfast for jain people but they rudely start screaming on us. we also complain his manager but this people Mr. ARVIND is somehow relation with DEWDROP HOTEL OWNER. so he fight with manager also .

I had made booking and also paid amount but they denied for check in that we did not receive any booking and at mid night we book other hotel. do not try to book this hotel i want refund my amount

“Horrible facilities”

Stayed with family in this hotel.Facilities are in shambles,Lift is closed,rooms are unhygienic and staff is untrained and unprofessional.During our stay,electricity went off for couple of hours during evening time with entire hotel in dark and no generator back up available. If this was not enough,next morning,water supply was not there due to motor not working.I think the hotel owner is not at all interested in maintaining the property.Pls avoid.

Bad experience staying at Dewdrop le Seasons Beach Resort. Room was not at all clean and sanitised and there were cockroaches in the room. The room key they provided was not functional and for that every-time we have to call hotel staff to open the door with the master key. I would say irresponsible staff.

Never opt for the hotel the rooms were not clean every where u can find cigarette 🚬 the pool was not clean also the tea in the restaurant was pathetic no seevice quay

Never ever book this resort... They r cheating us literally.... Photos are fake... Lift is close... Food quality not good... Third class staff... and they are not ready to even listen... They even no ready to light in passage.... I have never seen resort like this... Plzzz dnt go there

Hotel location and hotel staff is good. But its just a small home but claiming to be a resort is misleading. They a have a very very small swimming pool and that too in between room. It was right in front of my rooms door. Very unsafe for small kids. Not good for family. If you are looking for a decent room then its ok but on costly side. But if you are looking for a resort or stay for family with kids its a big NO.

Made us late check in we’re not happy with a few things were broke waited 3 hours to turn up we gave up in the end £65 a night in goa should have been £20 at most

“Worst Customer Service!!!!!!!”

We are expats living in India. When we checked in we explained that we live here and wrote our “permanent” address on their registration book which reads“ Indian address” Makes sense right? Well we checked in at 9pm and were called at midnight to go downstairs to write an address outside of India. My husband explained that we live here and will continue to live here but the manager refused to accept our address and got excited, yelled, spoke over my husbands voice agressively and even threatened to not accept out check in and to call the police to kick us out. He never apologized to my husband for hassling him at midnight regarding our 9pm check in. Besides that, this hotel clearly caters to Indian people only as there were no wester options in the breakfast Buffet. The superior rooms face the street and it’s very loud with trafffic and horns from the street below. When we ordered food to the room they didn’t have the tandor ready for lunch and refused to sell beers.

“Dont go by the pictures posted”

Firstly the room we booked after checking pics was worst than expected. very small room with no place for a extra bed that we requested at the time of booking. So if the room is that small why even offer extra bed as a option? Due to this lack of space we instantly asked for upgrade o a suite which was no doubt a much better and a bigger room with enough space to walk around. Extra damage to the pocket as we had no option. Secondly, During all this room shifting and advance cash collection for room upgrade the manager never cared to inform us that the WIFI is not working which did not work for my entire stay of 3 Nights. Upgrade money collected room given but no info about the internet not working. Only when i called to ask for the WiFi password I was told internet not working and will be out for some days. So for 3 days we were without WiFi and let me assure you no 3G coverage also in the hotel room. So kind off without internet. Thirdly, Services offered were poor. Twice I called for laundry to be picked and both times I was told today's laundry has already gone now so please give tomorrow. This was at 1030 in the morning. when asked what time laundry leaves they said 0800 in morning. Who In Goa wakes up at 0800 hrs? To Summarize, Poor staff, Internet not working, 3G network (Airtel) not available in hotel, Pathetic hotel rules and service timings.

“Best Resort at good price ”

Overall i rate this resort as a 3 star resort and it was worth staying with the price that they offered before the Christmas. I would definitely recommend this resort to whoever wants to go to north goa.
