The host arranged for scooty, taxi whenever we asked him to. He was very polite and friendly with us. He also suggested places to visit on our trip to Goa. It was a very comfortable stay.

Its was so nice stay ,the caretaker was so nice and he treated us very well, i will recommend this for others for sure,because for this rate it is so nice.

Ruined my whole goa trip - - cockroaches in the room - dirty towels were given at first - AC was not working properly - light was very dim, had to ask for putting 2 more bulbs in the room - no soap was given at the time of check-in - don’t provide shampoo - don’t provide regular water and sell 1 ltr of water at Rs.30/- (easily available at Rs.20/- outside the hotel) - the chutiya guy named (y sarkar) will start fighting with u if u complain about anything - totally non-cooperative staff - they don’t clean up your room daily until you ask - and when they do, they don’t change the bedsheet (we used the same dirty bedsheet for 5 days) - no door mats (they’re using hand-towels instead) - the electric sockets near bed were not working - cracks on wall - no hanger for clothes - dusty cupboards - no breakfast available even after paying Advice - Don’t book online for more than 1 day. Don’t take scooty from them (they’ll increase the price if you extend the booking)

Very dirty room. Stinky towels which have not been cleaned for a long time. Stinky bed! No proper electricity.

Agoda map is showing wrong location check the exact location in google maps before book the hotel

For the price we paid we were happy - room was fair size and bed was comfortable. Cons were that the blanket was so itchy - I am sure they would have resolved; it was so late though when we arrived that we didn’t want to bother anyone. Also the place had cockroaches in the room. For the price it was realistic, however the map on Agoda is completely wrong in our opinion and makes out that it is close to the beach locations and it is more like 5k to Calangute beach.
FALSE REVIEW WRITTEN TO TARNISH OUR NAME IN THE MARKET . PLEASE REMOVE THIS REVIW AND BAN THE GUEST FROM BOOKING AT OUR PROPERTY EVER AGAIN

“Total Value for Money”
This place has a very good ambience and peacefull, whatever they provide in this prices are totally worth and Bhomik uncle is a Gem, loved the way he cares about the youngsters and their well being
