I stayed here in June 2022. Rates of the hotel are less as compared to other hotels offering similar facilities. Staff at reception is very courteous and helpful. Infact they were waiting to receive us outside on knowing that we were about to reach and looking for the address. No pre payment required for booking. Staff in their restaurant was also very cooperative.

Mist tree is more of A guest house accommodation. Only a couple of staff is at service. That too is not uniformed. There is no security guard at the main gate. The property being on a busy street, no vehicle is allowed to even halt in front of it as it does not have it's own private space for guest vehicle parking. The vehicle has to be parked at a taxi stand at a little distance. The hotel staff is cooperative though in ferrying the luggage to their hotel. The property sanitation and cleansing is sort of out- sourced and is done once daily at some fixed time and you can't have the same at your wish as otherwise in other hotels. The tea bags provided in the delux room are strictly on count basis and you don't have the luxury to demand for any extra. Standard rooms don't have the tea coffee maker. The restaurant space is nicely designed and well located that oversees the mountain. The food served is neither a gastronomic wonder nor a home cooked simplicity. Overall over priced facility

It can be marked more appropriate as a guest house. It's a cozy property though but over priced. Restaurant is well designed and positioned with good view of mountain. Breakfast variety is quite limited as usual with all such non branded hotels. Hotel owner Mr Nazmool Hoda himself looks after the affairs and has been quite cooperative with us though we shared some common references with him. Lift is not available for standard rooms. Any taxi/car is not allowed to even stand in front of this hotel and a guest that way has to park himself at a far off taxi stand. However the hotel staff cooperates in ferrying the luggage there from to the hotel.
