The hotel was very clean and the staff were very courteous, the location of the hotel was good and quiet. Overall, this place is good, if you are looking for a budget stay in Coimbatore.

It's fine for overnight stay without breakfast. I stayed there for 3 nights with breakfast option. Breakfast was served cold on all 3 days. Basic complimentaries were not there like milk powder and coffee. Only 1 complimentary water bottle irrespective of the number of guests. You need to call and remind them again and again for basic things like toilet rolls, towels even after the room was cleaned. They don't change bed sheets at all. We had the same bedsheet for all 3 days even after room cleaning. Bedsheet and pillows had stains. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. I will not recommend this hotel for longer stays with breakfast.

I booked the hotel in the morning and before reaching they have cancelled my booking and I will never book this property and never recommend to others also.

Since the apartment is new, it appears clean. The staffs here are totally horrible. There are no plug points at the required area to plug the kettle. I request the treebo group to look into this point, to safe gaurd their reputation.

Had to stay there for 8 days! Having experience of staying at this hotel earlier , I preferred it again. They didnt fail in meeting the expectations. As always, they were courteous, the food was good and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great room and amenities. Minor glitches e.g. Plug point not working , no tea only coffee and hot water takes time. But overall very good. And staff very helpful too.

Just pictures are nice but the , facilities are not at al satisfied, the house keeping staff are very rude and they put a bedsheet which has holes in it and very untidy to use them , if we ask to change that will be much more dirty , and hot water is don't expect it to be hot better to use cold water , it's better to give 500 more and stay at a prope hotel , this property is like a service appartment , my rating is just 1 ⭐ for this
