Broken toilet fitting, very old bathroom white towels looks grey, no coffee water heater, night till 2 am disturbing DJ sound from bar, unlimitdncockroach tablets deposits on floor.

Even though we had booked a double room for 02 of us ( husbabd & wife), when we checked in we were informed that the booking was only for 01 guest , altough we had clearly mentioned in the comments section about 02 guests. And we had to pay an additional charge of Rs.1000/-. Need an explanation for this

Horrible experiance during two day stay with rude response from front desk and NO facilities as mentioned in the webpage.......NO wifi.....no water bottle...... Worst of all is when you see black color water in your room taps with odd smell and after complaining also NO reponse from management......NO one can imagine such hospitality..............

Even though free breakfast was available, we never had it... That horrible... No room service at all !!! Reception staffs are not good at all... I strongly believe that, this hotel is not at all good hospitality wise...

I went there for the US visa process, the hotel is just 1.5kms from the OFM biometrics for US VISA and maybe 3.5 kms from the actual consulate . The hotel is clean and with a good location overll value for money. Now the bad part absolutely no english or hindi channels no international channels even ! No hot water experienced during the stay ! and worst room service which spoils your overall experience altough the rest is fine ...but do not order food as it will be delayed beyond the point of starvation and the food will be extremely expensive a family of 3 will have to spend 1500 INR for a decent meal !! not that its high by general standards but for what they serve its way overpriced !! the hotel has a bar and a roof top resturant etc so not much of an issue for a mug of beer downstairs. the auto and cabs are easily accessible although you would need help to explain the location as the hotel is tucked in a lane next to a red light overall ok silent area . Its good fpor families and I felt safe ,,,even thou the hotel is very popular with business travelers . the breakfast was ok usual conflakes idli boiled egg tea juice and sambhar curry ....the wifi was slow but di the trick for emails etc good for surfing etc but no streaming videos at the wifi speed. Realy on OLA cabs while in chennai or you will be ripped by the autos !!

Overall the Hotel lived up to its expectation of 3 stars. It is maintained well. Rooms are clean. Loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop restaurant and provided buffet breakfast. Location is great. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

I booked this room as it was very near T.Nagar, the ideal shopping area in Chennai. The room was small however they were clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel was not as portrayed in the web site. It was very untidy, the room wall was very dirty and smelly. The show us 5 different room's but all of them are in same condition. We stayed because we have made the payment and don't want to go around and look for room.

The hotel condition is not as per Agoda's website. The beds are sinking, the bed spread and towels are dirty. Staffs not friendly. We requested for early breakfast, at least coffee to the the room before check out, they promise which never come. Check out process was very delayed, no staff was around. Generally the hotel need a upgrading.

“部屋はきれいですが、廊下が暗くてﾁｮｯﾄ誇りっぽい。空港近く、繁華街もオートリクシャで近く便利。”
コーヒーブラックをルームサービスで頼んだところ、お皿にネスカフェの粉と、水筒にお湯が入っているのが来て思わず笑いました。 部屋はそうでもないですが、全体的に明かりが暗い印象でした。 空港が比較的近いです。
