“Had a very unpleasant stay..”

Had 3 rooms booked...with king size bed....but provided with seperate single coat... Which made me insulted with guest who travelled with me... long way from kerala.Rooms had foul smell. I wont suggest this property.... going down day by day....

The rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Location to city centre is excellent. Cons: Key cards need to be coded everytime! Room service menu is very restricted and expensive for the quality of food. Hot water is only available at certain times of the day. Breakfast spread is disappointing.

Nice spacious room, Clean and the location is apt to travel anywhere. However, the internet is slow & can work on only 1 device at a time. Lighting system is a bit complicated to understand. Restaurant service is very slow, food spicy for children, if given a choice (cheaper option) avoid the complimentary breakfast.

“Brilliant Hotel”

I loved the hotel, Very comfortable rooms, accommodating staff. I was impressed by the hotel the min I stepped into it. The fact there was tv in the bathroom was mildly surprising but also fascinating. If I'm going to Bangalore the next time I'm going back to the same hotel.

Although the location shows close to forum mall .. is a hassle to get there. Staff not that helpful during the stay.

it was a really good stay in the hotle, me and my family enjoyed alot staying there, staff were so kind and helpful, rooms were very clean and the toilites as well, breakfast was good, taxi (tock tock) was available infront of the hotel all tha day, only they take extra charge for the extra bed and the wi fi was limited to use it ! rather than that was everything was os good.

i had a very short stay in the hotel, reaching around 10 at night and leaving early morning at 8 the following day. for whatever duration i stayed there, i found the services matching any good hotel in the city. the breakfast meal of the hotel is also quite good.

“Excellent rooms & colourful ambience”

Stayed for just one night, but was sure this is where i can return back. spacious & quiet rooms, nice service & a small "gift" of water, wafers & juice while departing. Negatives were billing took a lot of time and window is covered up - unnecessarily obstructing what otherwise would have been a nice view.

Huge difference between the Superior Suites and the Executive Suites. Loved my stay when I had come earlier and taken the Executive Suite. Not so much this time around

“Great hotel with clean, comfy rooms”

while on a trip to bangalore recently, i was able to stay at this hotel for 2 days. during this time, i was greatly impressed by the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, so much so that i wished i had stayed here for my entire trip. the best part of the hotel was definitely the cosy, comfortable and clean rooms. after a hectic day sightseeing, etc it was nice to be able to get back, have a nice long shower, and collapse on the soft, comfy bed. additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful, and made many great suggestions on what to see/where to shop, etc. thanks to their help, i was able to see/eat/buy all the things on my list, and got a lot of value during my few free days in bangalore. the only downside to the hotel is ironically the location, as it is located on a very busy mainroad (hosur road), without a proper taxi/auto rickshaw stand. you'll have to walk a bit down the road (2-3 minutes), and try your luck flagging a passing auto. and if you need to actually cross the road since you're headed the other way, good luck dodging the busy traffic. while this wasn't really a problem for me as i was travelling alone, it might be better to get the hotel to arrange a taxi for you, if you're travelling with kids. even so, i would definitely return if i'm back in bangalore, and recommend it to anyone who's visiting.

“Great rooftop entertaining area”

Location was convenient for brigade road. Bar and restaurant on the rooftop was very inviting and allowed us to watch the night go by.

i have stayed at this hotel a few times before. always liked this hotel because of its location. the place is located so well that you can travel anywhere from there anytime and eat anything. its so accessable to everything.
