まず良い点は、立地が素晴らしいことです。バルコニーからは海の景色が見え、素敵な芝生とレストランからの景色も壮観です。ポートブレアの人気観光地にも近いです。清潔感も良く、食事もまあまあです。 しかし、改善の余地があります。私たちはスーペリアルームに滞在しましたが、サイズが小さく、必要な場合にエキストラベッドを置くスペースがありませんでした。食事の際のサービスは遅く、より良いサービスがあれば大いに感謝されたでしょう。

私たちが到着したとき、ITCでひどい体験をしました。歓迎の飲み物も提供されず、チェックインにはほぼ30〜40分待たされましたが、私たちと一緒に到着したゲストはスムーズにチェックインし、飲み物も提供されていました。フロントデスクのスタッフは全くホスピタリティがなく、協力的でもなく、友好的でもありません。スタッフに2つ星をつけた唯一の理由は、レストランの素晴らしいスタッフのおかげです。特にジョイ・クッティさんは素敵な方で、非常にフレンドリーでホスピタブルな、一般的に素晴らしい人物でした。フロントデスクのスタッフをすぐに交代させる必要があります。全体的に部屋はまあまあで、最良とは言えず、小さな部屋か大きな部屋を与えられるかは運次第です。隣接していても部屋の大きさには大きな違いがあります。結局、経験にはなりましたが、あまり良いものではありませんでした。
