No communication between hotel and agoda.

The area and the hotel wasn't family friendly, wouldn't recommend this to anybody irrespective of they are travelling with. The service was very poor. The feel of the room and the hotel was strange and weird. Even though it seems like it's newly built, but the feel of it is very odd. Not a decent hotel to stay in. I recommend sites like agoda and treebo to not offer such places as it may hamper their reputation as well.

Almost all too s had one or the other issue. We inspected 3 rooms: In one the bathroom tap was broken, in the other main door lock broken and the third one, no TV connection. The bath towels provided by the hotel just didn't look hygienic. Eventually we checked out after paying for 2 nights without staying there and moved to a better hotel. Will not recommend this place at all.

Rooms are not as shown in the picture. No toiletries are provided you need to ask everytime even they not provided handwash. Linens are too dirty looks like not washed from the months with bad odour. I looked that one guest left the room & they just do the dusting & not changed the linens. Washrooms are unhygienic, Showers are not working also the TV is not working. When asked just got the answer that mouse cut the wire. I stayed on 104. You will feel like you are staying on there mercy, i have booked a family room which says 2 water bottles so I used to ask water bottles everytime & they gives 1 bottle then you need to ask for 1 more bottle. No response if you call from landline inside your room, you need to go in the reception for everything.
