Pathetic quality hotel, they are not even change the old customer bed sheets no cleanliness, no proper room service, place donot have proper parking area. Overall response not worth of money...👎

There should be option if someone wants to leave hotel in emergency situation. I booked for three days but coz of some emergency inlefted in 2 days only then also I paid for full three days.

I understand you get what you pay for but this was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, this hotel did not even have basic hygiene standards. Bedding dirty, blood stained, other fluid stained. When asked to change, the changed linen also the same. Mould everywhere. When told the reception all she said was sorry. However, the waiter in the restaurant 10/10 didn’t let you do anything, he was always there to serve and deserves plenty of recognition!

Room and facilities are good. Staff is also helpful (Sometimes you need to remind of them of the stuff but they provide the same very quickly) Need to improve on breakfast menu and quality. Hence we did not had breakfast after he 1st day

Maintenance of the property is bad. Issue with running hot water. If anyone travelling during winter season like me, this not the hotel to stay in. Room Heater is not available. Basic Toiletries was not there in the bathroom and you had to ask for it. Definitely will not visit for the second time.

Very bad breakfast. No other meals available. Limited to 2 tea bags in room. Non cooperative staff. Waste of money.

Hotel is overall good but is on a very narrow street. If going by car, it's kind of a pain to cross those narrow streets. The hotel staff in parking worked great. For anyone who is not going on their own vehicle, it's an excellent option as next to Golden Temple and great value for money. If going by car, re-consider and try to stay somewhere near to highway instead of going down into the narrow streets.

Personal care was accorded by Mr. Abhishek. Room was allotted even if we had arrived early and check in and check out was hastle free. Location is perfect. Very near to the prime attractions of the city. Cleanliness can be improved though.

Restaurant does not have enough choice. Lotion, shampoo and shower jet, coffee & tea stuff were not provided. Bathroom does not have any soapcase. Also, we had to ask for towels. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Pillow were dirty. I never got a value for money and hence, I will not book on Agoda in future.

I was kicked out of a hotel in India about 9pm last night. I paid for the hotel, complete payment was done and all of a sudden when I was leaving for dinner and my room keys was literally snatched from my hands. I had no hotel after that and I had to just roam around the town the whole night. Obviously that would’ve pissed anybody off and so did I. Upon confrontation I was yelled and disrespected by the hotel owner in front of the whole crowd. Being a civilized hotel resident I was humiliated for no apparent reason. I was threatened that I’ll be shot to death if this issue is brought to the higher level authority or if I were to request for my rights to be reserved. This is just not done. I paid with my hard earn money and I was chased out and threatened. This is just not frigging done. I demand for respect, I demand for customer loyalty. To make things worst he almost carried hands on me, my family members were threatened and harassed as well where they were told that they’ll be murdered. I’m indeed very disappointed and hurt.

場所は黄金寺院にほど近くアクセス良好 ただし薄暗い狭い道にある。夜の移動には注意。 部屋は窓からの眺望なし。目の前に隣のたてものがある。 すこし下水のにおいがある。 朝7時にチェックアウトしようとしてたら レセプションが寝てる。 サービスはいまいち。
