1. Front Desk at the time of check in on 12-08-2022 was rude and sort of discourteous. 2. There is only 1 lift / elevator to cater to the guests and staff. Hence over burdened. 3. Understaffed and lack proper Bellhop service. At the time of check out no bellhop was available and it took almost 30 min to get the luggage in the lobby from 5th floor. 4. Housekeeping very poor. Proper number of towels were never provided. 5. Most miser refill of Tea and Coffee I have ever come across. Choice of tea and coffee also very poor. I will never recommend Comfort Inn Alstonia, Amritsar to any of my friend, family or colleague.

Ms. Jaspreet and Mr. Frank of front desk and Gaurav at the restro/bar are all super hospitable. Overall stay, location, property, are all good. Value for money too. Thanks team!

Locations great. Near some shops and transport is good via auto rickshaw and Uber. Very close to visiting family house for wedding.

AC Didn't work properly whole night, felt too suffocated, it took 3 calls for mechanic to reach and when he came, he said AC can be corrected next morning only. Staff carries loose hospitality gestures
