No road connectivity. No maintenance, Dirty pool, smelly rooms...

Rooms are good compared to most places around nagav. But it is too away from beach, good only if you have vehicle with you. They provide bikes but at very high charges 800 rs per day. Which is not at all acceptable as you can ride around in auto with less than that. Reception can call auto to take you to beach which charges 100 rs. I booked from agoda.com, which mentioned that there is shared balcony for ac rooms and balcony for delux ac room so I booked delux ac room expecting private balcony. But they have private balcony only for villa. So it was disappointing They should also improve on cleanliness of utensils like glasses and tea cups. Ice cubes were also not clean there was white oily substance floating in my glass after adding ice. Food is okay but overpriced. Once I ordered Monaco biscuits with evening tea, it was charged at 150 rs. Also they don't provide menu card in rooms so you won't have idea of charges. Also rice items were oily. Most of the staff is polite and easy to talk to except their general manager. Their breakfast time is 8:30 to 10:30. But on one of the day the call us 3-4 times to come for breakfast from 9 am, as we reach by 9:30. And started our breakfast, the gm guy just started passing cheap comments on how they should stop breakfast by 9:30 only and all that rubbish. I didn't mind as he was not directly talking to me and looks old arrogant fellow and I don't wanted to ruin my vacation by having argument with unprofessional person who don't know how to talk in presence of customer. I was overlooking most of their fault as this after corona and hotels are most affected. But manager seems too arrogant. Not visiting this again.

One of the best Resort in Nagaon area.Rooms were clean and tidy.Sea food was amazing. Best part of this place is staffs who were always ready to help.Specially would like to take a name of Satish from F&B who helps a lot and also he was polite and helpful....keep up the good work.
