ブダペストに留学中の子どもに会いに行きました。マリオットやインターコンチよりずっと安くドナウ川を眺められる部屋に泊まれました。スタッフは皆さん親切でコンビニ、軽食のお店もホテルを出て右に徒歩1分弱にあり、近所にレストランもあります。ホテルの朝食ブッフェは悪くはないです。冬でなければ川沿いに散歩もいいですね。

王宮の丘のふもとのドナウ川沿いにあり、駅からは歩いて１０分程度のところで、ロケーションは悪くありません。主な観光地は歩いていけます。王宮の丘にはいいレストランがあります。ホテルの部屋は広く奇麗で、スタッフもとても親切でした。また行く機会があればここに泊まろうと思います。

Disappointed from start to finish! Firstly, never had any issues booking through agoda, used this app for the past three years travelling across Asia and Europe... well that was until I stayed at the Lánchíd! I booked the ‘run of the house’ room, which is as advertised on Agoda, the Lánchíd’s Penthouse room and it looks an amazing room. Well, when we arrived at the hotel this room was not honoured. Instead we were put in their standard room (which is lovely) but considering I had paid the premium for their best hotel and instead found myself in their standard room is totally unacceptable. No refund, no apology and no explanation. Never again will I stay in a Design Hotel, customer service was non-existent and further shown when I ordered an ice cream from their bar... the ice cream has been smashed, melted and refrozen. When I took it back and asked for refund, I was first told ‘no’, then the barman said it would have to come out of his own pocket and then only given a partial refund!

this hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the attractions especially the castle, old town and fishermans bastion, unfortunately our room hadn't been cleaned properly , no towels and a shower that took ages to drain also the outside LED lighting was faulty and continued to flash erratically till well into the night. We expected much more from a 4 star hotel, that had won design awards seemingly. We did receive a complimentary breakfast which was acceptable, and the receptionist did want to move us to another room but none were available. The manager who checked us in could not have been nicer and very helpful, the bar staff seemed very uninterested. Expected Amsterdam Citizen M Hotel and got a Blackpool B&B

“Uhm..”
I used this hotel for trip with my mother. I wanted her to be surprised but when I saw staff at first time, she didn’t smile and I felt that she was bit annoyed because we arrived at hotel earlier also when I entered a room, I found some hair in the bathroom... also I didn’t think it was cleaned up entire room perfectly. On the other hand, we could enjoy night view.
