ちゃんと予約しており、宿の名簿にわたしの名前が書いてあったのにも関わらずオーバーブッキングだったのか、こちらの宿でなく、香港ホステスという近くの別の宿につれていかれました。夜１１時にチェックインしたからかわかりませんが、説明もされず案内されて本当に不安でした。 ここを予約されるかたはもしかしたら違う宿になるかもしれないという覚悟でしてください。

Hotel owner is friendly. She runs it with his son. Internet is kind of hard. Room is nice and cozy. Toilet is small but and good enough if you are not too picky.

Hotel is near Sogo and MRT. Price is great considering the location. Toilet is a bit small but it is good enough for those that are not choosy. Bed is nice for a good night sleep.

We booked for triple room ( the picture shown was one double bed and a single bed.) In actual fact, we were given two bunk bed like the one in army camp. Bed is uncomfortable.

Location was okay. Near mtr. But very noisy at night, it is also near the highway that you can hear cars at night. Customer service, cleanliness, facilities were sooo soo bad. Not a good value for money. You get what you pay for. If given a chance to go to HK again, will definitely not book this place. Bed linens are dirty. It even has bed bugs. We have a lot of insect bites after this trip. Aircon was very old and doesnt cool easily. It got broken on our 2nd night. When we asked the reception to fix, they sent out a staff to check but they will not speak to us in english. They cant understand english. And when it cant be fixed, they provided us with only 1 fan. We asked if they can arrange us to be in a new room but the request was not granted. We asked to have at least 2 fans because we have 3 beds, but they said we will need to pay another 20hkd per fan. We didnt slept well as it was very noisy, very hot and very dirty. Worst accommodation I ever booked online.

Highly recommended. It is near the MTR, bus and tram stations. Also, shops are near. We arrived earlier but the staff allows us to check-in ahead so we had time to take a nap before we start our tour. Also, the room is clean. We will book again on our next visit to HongKong.

For 1night it was only for sleeping but only thing is the receptionist was not speaking english you need to do sign language that sound annoying to me ... im asking if there is a spoon and they are so rude to say NO .... but any way maybe they culture and sound are so hight . But being in Hospitality industry you need to be politely and will manners but sound i don't see it for him . Anyway i will rate them 3 out for 5. And i Thank you

With a cheap price , we got a small room with bathroom . Nicely located near mall , shops and restaurants , not cheap thou . Towel and essential are available with deposit in the 'front office'. No other customer service effort available , and i don't think they change our sheet during the one week stay . But they enter the room to throw our rubbish , so it's quite nice . The front lady is quite friendly for hong kong style . Unfortunately , we found cockroach on our last day and there's water leakage from the ceiling . Friend is quite shaken T_T . Air con is old and quite loud , but it do it's job . Hot water is okay , and yes you need to wait during showers . I do recommend this place to those who travel with budget . We save so much and got to do many things in hong kong . To be save , bring your own stuff .

I've stayed at Tian Jin Hostel before and found it quite acceptable. This trip, Tian Jin Hostel shuffled me off to a nearby similar hotel that wasn't as clean or as in good shape. So while Tian Jin Hostel may be okay, I found the substitute rather mediocre. Still, the Causeway Bay location is excellent.

Should be prepare a towel, they give you but have to deposit $50 and you can change the new one after 3 days used. Adapter is needed to prepare or you can borrow the staff and deposit $20. However the money deposit you will get back after you give everything back to the staff. Overall is acceptable. 👍🏼

The condition of the place is worn out. They charged you for towel. You have to make payment by cash upon check in, because their card machine is faulty. The reception is at lvl3. If you stay at lvl5, there is no way to take the elevator to go up. There is only one option it is to take down to ground floor and select 5th floor. Bad experience. I booked for two nights and checked out on the first night. Not worth my time n experience.

Rooms were clean and you could see they tried. But bedding wasn’t as clean and there were bugs in the room. Bathroom was small even by HK standards. The AC and hot water control were outside th room so anyone could turn it on/off. WIFI did not work and not really anywhere to sit. Room was very dark as window was painted shut!

With own bathroom and toilet. Very practical with plenty of electric outlets. Shirley accomodated my request to have a window room. Free to leave baggage. PERFECT location in Hong Kong Island, lots of hipster shops, near all the big department stores, lots of dining options. Beds sleep comfortably with hotel grade linens. Will book again.

My second trip here in two months; great place to stay. Never once did I see any bugs or roaches, which is honestly my number once problem with most other places I stay. Very clean! The cleaning lady remembered me from last time and she is so friendly. My favorite place when I stay in Hong Kong.

Rooms are smaller than similar properties in the area. Staff will try to get you to pay cash when the card machine works perfectly. No room service at all, except for daily clearance of garbage. No kettles provided whatsoever, and if you try to obtain hot drinking water late at night, be ready for nagging and scolding from the manager.

“立地最高。銅湾港が楽しめます。”
部屋は狭いながらも、建物は入り口がオートロック、部屋はきれいで清潔でした。建物を探すのが大変で建物名は海都大楼と全く違う名前です。３階に登るとフロントがありますが、まずはオートロックなので、マンションの住人やゲストが出てきた瞬間に一緒に入るしかありません。チェックイン後は鍵と一緒にオートロック解除のキーも借りれます。鍵のデポジットが100香港ドル、バスタオルが1枚デポジット50香港ドル必要です。駅まで5分。周りはお店が沢山あります。エクセルシオールホテルまで3分、ここの焼きエッグタルトは最高に美味しいです。スーパーまで1分。立地最高でした。
