Really nice hotel with friendly & helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only negative I can think of is that the gym need music playing & the equipment needs more maintenance.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel that wouldn’t be out of place in Beverly Hills. Sleek, contemporary, spacious venue. Lovely rooftop pool and restaurant (caution, subject to closure for events and inclement weather), super breakfast buffet, other food limited, very willing staff. It is just a bit far from central Thessaloniki and the neighbourhood was so-so but ripe for development. Easy walk to One Salonica outlets. Rooms comfortable, bed excellent and spacious bathroom, all kept very clean. I would be happy to return!

Τhe facilities do not correspond to those of a 5 star hotel and in addition the employees attitude was similar to a 3 star hotel. The rooms were very small and not at alla superior as described when booking. Finally, I asked for a king size bed and got just double. Not value for money at all.

מלון ברמה גבוהה, אירופאית. מאוד נהנינו (זוג בירח דבש)! האוכל טעים מאוד ועשיר, החדרים נקיים, יש 2 בריכות וגקוזי (קרה וחמה) והשירות טוב. וזה שווה את הכסף (עלה לנו בערך 450 שקלים ללילה). נתתי 4/5 בגלל ש- שירותי ההסעה לא מספיק טובים. ואל תצפו לנוף כל כך מהחדרים.., כן יש מהגג באזור של הבריכה אבל לא משהו מטורף. המלון ממוקם במיקום לא טוב, ביום הראשון שהגענו לא היה הסעות בכלל כי הרכב היה בטיפול, ונאלצנו לקחת מוניות הלוך חזור ופעם אחת לחזור ברגל שזה בערך 2 קילומטר (מונית- בערך 5 יורו לכיוון, כאשר יש 1.5 יורו תוספת על כך שביקשתם מהקבלה להזמין את המונית.) זה היה מאוד מעצבן בגלל שציפינו שיהיה הסעות מתוקתקות לגמרי כל שעה על השעון. וגם בימים שכן היה, היו 2 הסעות בכל היום, מקסימום 3. בהתחשב במיקום של המלון, זה שיקול משמעותי. סלוניקי מהממת ויש הרבה מה לעשות בערב ובלילה, וגם כמובן במהלך היום. וההלוך-חזורים למלון עולים כסף. ובשביל הכסף הזה אולי כדאי לקחת מלון ממש במרכז (למרות שלחלופות העיקריות כמו אלקטרה פאלאס אין בריכות שוות...) Excellent hotel. The food (breakfast) is very good, the rooms are clean and functional- Not very large though. 2 pools and jacuzzi (one cold on the roof and one warm in the spa -1floor) - great! We enjoyed our honeymoon stay although we excpected some kind of small tribute. Of course it is not mandatory but one could expect. I rated 4/5 because of the SHUTTLE service. The hotel LOCATION is not good. It is Approx 2 km to the main area of Thessaloniki. In the first day we arrived, the shuttle had a service/treatment (The hotel did not provide any alternative) so we needed to take taxis for every direction. (taxi= 5 eur+- direction, +1.5 eur for using the hotel front desk for calling it). In the other days of our stay, the shuttle was about 2-3 times for the WHOLE day. Considering there is so much to see and do in the city, it is just not enough. So we ended up paying ~20-25 eur for taxis each day. There are alternative hotels with much better location that when you add the money paid for taxis, you can just get a better located hotel (although the alternat

We loved every minute of our stay at The Met. Will sure be back here when we return th Thessaloniki. Clean hotel, great pool with even better view, the staff were very prompt when required and the loved the kids, especially Dimitri the pool life guard. Location is five minutes from the main hub by taxi which was only a €4 either way plus the hotel has a transfer service every hour. Five star all the way.

Pros: Nice design of the hotel, good facilities, nice garden roof with swimming pool and diverse bakery at breakfast Cons: Our room was small, the sewage in the bathroom was not working properly leading to flooding after shower and the water taps were with limescale, allowing very limited flow of water.

Is a 5star hotel with 5 star service.. Staffs spokes very good English. breakfast spread is quite similar for 5days.. Hope is can be different after eating the 3rd day im getting bored. overall the spread is nice!!! Met Hotel in Thessloniki " Chan Restaurant " thumbup!! I like the amtopshene of the restaurant . Nice food specially 4days of eating breads and salads.. Really miss the rice especially for Asian!!! They provide Umbrella when is raining and toiletries in the bathroom is good... Furthermore they provide shutter service to Town Area every 1hr... Thumb UP!! I would stay here if I have a chance to visit Thessloniki in future!! Greek foods and People here is NICE!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht gut, es wird immer ein Auto oder Taxi benötigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Einen 5 Sterne Standard seh ich hier nicht unbedingt gegeben.

Ein sehr schönes luxuriöses zentral gelegenes Hotel in Thessaloniki, welches sowohl tollen Komfort, sowie mit Roof Garden Pool und Spa eine erholsame Zeit garantiert. Der Blick vom Roof Garden aus Richtung Stadtzentrum und Hafen erinnert an Luxusgegenden größerer Metropolen. :-)

“最高!”
ホテルは美しかったです。スタッフは親切で助けになり、ウェルカムドリンク（プロセッコ、ソフトドリンクなど）のバウチャーもいただきました。部屋は清潔で、必要なものが揃っていました。朝食は非常に豊富で美味しかったです。中心地から少し離れていますが、シャトルバスがあり、タクシーを注文することもできます。
