“Superb villa with Beautiful Views”

Pros : 1) Very clean villa 2) The views from the balcony are outstanding 3) the location is very central 4) Room is very big & spacious Cons : 1) No customer service 2) Nearest parking is a bit far & involves uphill walk with heavy Luggage which is extremely difficult 3) to reach the villa from the entrance there are many steps so Becomes very difficult with Luggage 4) No porter service to help with Luggage 5) no telecom in room to call reception 6) no heating equipment You may go for it without a doubt, Just keep in mind the Hassle with heavy luggage can be a bit tough

“Great Stay!”

Those looking for a five star luxury stay will be disappointed. However, those looking for an affordable and friendly establishment with magnificent views, look no further! Staff at reception, the porters and waiters delivering breakfast to your room every morning are simply superb. The views are breathtaking from most villas and isn't as busy with human traffic as Oia and Fira. A nice place to return to every day to unwind and enjoy the views.

“Bad room booking arrangement”

If you book this hotel, you have to expect you may be arranged for room in other hotels (different locations). Just share my experience. I went this hotel for mine and my wife’s honeymoon for 4 nights in the early August. When we arrived and checked-in, we’re told we’re upgraded to another luxury hotel for one night. We agreed and accepted it. The day after, we went back to Krokos Villas, we’re told there were something wrong to be fixed in our room, we needed to stay in another hotel (of poor quality) for one more night. At first, I rejected that unreasonable ask, the staff just said “ I’m sorry ……”. I have no choice at that time as I paid all the money through Agoda before. On the third day, Krokos arranged a bigger room to us, may be for compensation. At this moment, I think you can get my point. Actually, I don’t need any “upgrade”, I just want to get what I buy, enjoy my holiday. We got 2 different upgraded rooms, but we have to pay a huge cost of picking up our luggage at nights for 3 times in staying 4 nights. It seriously affects our plan of visiting Santorini. This experience makes me rethink about the system of “Pay Before You Stay”. As time is money in holiday, my bargaining power is weak. I believe the quantity of room available is lower than that they sold. Actually, I will not stay at this hotel again.

“Fantastic View”

“Good vAlue of money with amazing caldera view”

I've never seen such beautiful view in my life. The location is perfect. We spent whole day in the hotel's balcony reading and relaxing. The price for the room is very reasonable. The service is good with helpful receptionist.

“Tratan de venderles un buzon”

Habiamos reservado un studio standard, y cuando llegamos noa informaron que habiamos sido beneficiados con un "upgrade", y que nos pasarian a una mausonette en otro complejo del grupo, que tenia piscina, cosa que el Krokos no tenia. Al ver la maisonette, me resulto una choza, con un entrepiso, la cama casi pegada al techo. El aire acondicionado en el piso de abajo. Ubicada al lado de la piscina, pero sin vistas. La vista estaba desde la piscina. Demostre mi disconformidad y exigi que me diera la habitacion que reserve. Tuve que discutir un lato largo, ya que ella sostenia que me estaba dando algo superior a lo que habia reservado. Ante mi negativa, me pasaron a una suite superior de otro complejo distinto, el Santorini Mansion, pero solo por una noche. Luego me pasaron al studio que yo habia reservado. Que era simple, cosa que yo ya sabia, pero con una vista espectacular a la caldera. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien y el baño bastante feo y con olor a cloaca. En definitiva me hivieron pasar un mal momento, y ademas al dua siguiente tuve que dejar las maletas preparadas para que me las mudaran de habitacion y tuve que dejar mis valores en la caja fuerte de la administracion. Tuve que volver a los rajes de mi puesra de sol en Oia, ya que la recepcionista se va a las 22 y luego no queda nadie que atienda. Debian darme mis nuevas llaves y mis valores. Cabe aclarar que el debito en mi tarjeta de credito se produjo 20 dias antes de mi llegada. No lo recomiendo. Arruinaron mi corta estadia en Santorini produciendome estres innecesario. D

“Excellente expérience”

Cadre magnifique à Imerovigli, touristique mais moins que Oia ou Fira, pour une vue équivalente si ce n'est encore plus belle. Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très serviable et discret. Nous avons été relogés dans une chambre supérieure à celle que nous avions réservée. Le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse était parfait également. Je recommande.

“vue fabuleuse, chambre charmante”

Notre chambre était spacieuse, dotée d'un balcon qui donnait directement sur la lagune (comme tous ceux de cet hôtel). La vue époustouflante est le grand atout du lieu, mais également le confort simple des chambres (même si nous n'avons vu que la nôtre, de catégorie standard). Le wifi est en revanche assez faible et ne fonctionnait que sur notre balcon, pas à l'intérieur de la chambre.

“Super Lage - kleines Zimmer”

In Summe schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer etwas klein, Badezimmer und Terrasse/Balkon sehr schön. Frühstück langweilig.
