私たちと出会ってからチェックアウトするまで、すべてが素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても歓迎的で親切でした。プールエリアは素晴らしく、スタイリッシュで快適な部屋、良い朝食。プールエリアからの夕日も素晴らしかったです。カクテルは今までで最高でした（プールバーの皆さん、ありがとうございます）。私たちの滞在を特別なものにしてくれてありがとう、ジョージ、あなたが恋しいです :D

サービスの重要性を過小評価しているホテルが多いと言っても過言ではありませんが、このホテルはサービスにおいて5つ星です。私たちが到着した瞬間からそのような状況でした。ホテルに到着した際、スタッフ全員が私たちを迎えてくれ、荷物やベビーカーの手伝いをし、ホテルや施設に関する全ての情報を教えてくれて、非常に歓迎されていると感じました。また、必要な追加のものも提供してくれました。ホテル自体は美しく、客室は素晴らしく装飾されています。私はこのホテルを100%お勧めしますし、スタッフがどれほど素敵で、礼儀正しく、親切で、プロフェッショナルであるかに完全に驚かされました。アテネでの滞在には間違いなくお勧めの場所で、市内からわずか25分、ビーチと川のすぐ近くにあり、美しいランチスポットも徒歩圏内です。

Dear Amy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we’d like to clarify that you never actually stayed with us. You made two separate bookings through different channels and in different room categories. To accommodate your request, we even upgraded one reservation so you could stay in the same room without having to move. When you arrived, you mentioned that your party had booked elsewhere, and we explained that your reservation was non-refundable due to the third-party booking terms, so we couldn’t process a refund. We did, however, modify the reservation as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, you didn’t check in on the new dates either. We’re sorry that your experience didn’t align with expectations, but we always aim to assist our guests as much as possible within our policies. Best regards, Nikitas Toulias Hotel Manager
