We are really thankful that we were checked in at earlier hour and rooms were upgraded as well. Breakfast spread are good for us, the upgrades room is huge, vanity are good enough. Not too long walk to attractions as well!

We loved it. Beyond our expectations. Cleanliness : spotless. The room, the bathroom, the common areas are very clean and tidy Location : just nice location from main central and to the old town of Munich. If you are looking for halal/Muslim food, this street has a lot to offer. Staff : super helpful, polite and friendly. They are available 24 hours Facilities: proper store luggage. Lift to access upper floors. Overall, we are very satisfied with this hotel.

This place is a decent hotel with good facilities and cleaning. The front door to the hotel was open at all times so security could be better. The room we stayed in had no air con so became very stuffy and we didn’t feel we could leave the window open while we were out. Overall it’s a good 3 star hotel. Close to lots of cafes shops and walkable to sights in the town.

The location is convenient but one of teh dodgiest lanes we have ever been at. But the staff and comfortable room, and all the nice halal restaurants along the way pretty much made it worth it!

Near Munich City Centre. also have a metro walk by 5~7 minutes. Not too far but if you have Hold luggages you need to walk a few minutes. But for the location is a good choice to stay

We're a group of 5 friends who booked their Family Room. It was spacious and there was enough space for everyone. The rooms looked recently done. The bathroom was okay, there was no barrier where you showered and the rest of the bathroom but it really wasn't a big deal for us. Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast but it didn't look like much. The staff was super! They were really nice, friendly, and accommodating. It was near the Marienplatz and near the main train station too. Very accessible. Overall happy!

Hotel is clean, family room (quadruple) is of good size for its price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. free luggage storage was available and we manage to get an early check in at 1pm. Cons - slightly far from the train station, around 12-15mins. - there were 2 beds in the room that were smaller than usual single bed.

Staff was very delightful. Breakfast was good but it is the same everyday. Bed is comfortable but pillows can be better, a bit soft for us. Appreciate the table fan to cater for Asian as we are used to it. Area is overall quiet minus early mornings if you leave the windows open. Room is absolutely silence if windows are closed. A point to note if you travel during summer.

Well fit for 5 of us , centrally located . however , please pay extra attention as hotel is located at arab street and not recommended for those who bring child . additional socket in the middle of room will be perfect . no aircons inside the rooms and hotel has provided extra one fan on top of the existing fan but is not well functioning . thanks to the front desk staff who react ours request efficiency. suggest to have few more fans available in the hotel especially to cater asian market. breakfast with limited choices but pretty enough for us as we can mix and match the different types of ham each day .loving it and that will be great if we can have scramble eggs too. location is perfect . approx 8mins walking distance to MUC main train station Hauptbahnhof and nearby with restaurant and even 4mins walking distance to Rossmann and LIDL .

My friends and I went to this hotel for Oktoberfest. The location is great, walking distance to the Oktoberfest and the city centre, lots of food spots around for a drunken kebab after a day of drinking. the only downside was the amount of overtly advertised lap dance clubs, probably not suitable for families; but i think this will be an issue anywhere near the oktoberfest. Staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice.

the hotel was a 5 min walk to Oktoberfest, which was great! There were 5 of us in the room , which was quite large, and had plenty of room. the breakfast was very good, lots of options including lunch meats and breads. the best breakfast we had. I will say however when we arrived at the train station to get to the hotel we had to walk 3-4 blocks past many strip clubs. we only stayed at the hotel one evening and spent that night at Oktoberfest. so I can't really say how the neighborhood would be for spending more time there.

I had really low expectations for this hotel but to my surprise it wasn't bad at all. The staff were great, location was great, rooms were large and clean. It's no five star obviously but I would rate this hotel highly.

The hotel was great, 1 stop from the main Munich plaza. Easy to get around town. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was also nice included lots of breads, fruits, cereals.

Hotel is located not far from Munich train station and Oktoberfest grounds. Perfect for experiencing Oktoberfest. Friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of 5 with luggage.
