Hotel was clean and quiet. There is no shuttle service to the airport, but it is a short 15 to 20 minute walk. There is no food nearby, but there is a bakery and Edeka store in the airport were food can be purchased and brought to the hotel.

The room was large but hard to get to...no elevator. They offered to take our luggage but there were short staffed. It’s pricey for a hotel with no frills...

Some small butterflies in the room. Poor air conditioning (small portable one) and you couldn’t open windows because of mosquitoes and the butterflies. Dirty and smelly carpets. Bathroom is ok and clean blanket and sheets.

Wifi is not absolutely free because you have a limit on browsing. If you want to have normal wifi, you have to pay for it.

Flight arrived late and on phoning hotel for shuttle bus, was advised it stopped at 23:00, ended up walking to hotel (15 minutes). Room was clean and comfortable, however, there was no hot water in the bathroom, asked reception to look at it, but wasn't resolved by the time we had to check out. When we requested the shuttle bus to go to the airport in the morning, we were told the last one was at 09:00, ended up walking back to airport to collect hire car. Selected this hotel on closeness to airport and shuttle service - thankfully airport was close!

Breakfast is very limited choice rooms are small and blankets are single and very small beds too but very clean and friendly staff calm and quiet location it's perfect for airport related travellers

This hotel is very close to the airport. However, no one told us where to wait for the shuttle upon arrival at the airport. It is in front of Terminal 1 upstairs. NOT where the taxis arrive in front of Terminal 2. There are no signs to indicate this. As for the hotel, the check-in clerk helped us with our bags. The room was downstairs (a spiral staircase) and there is no elevator. The hall had a couple of stairs, too. The basement room was cool -- there is no air conditioning. It faced the back garden. There were facial tissues in the bathroom. There was a small sofa in the room and a desk and chair. The internet was free for 1 hour, enough to get email and check the weather. After that, there is a charge; 12 Euro for 24 hours, less for 3 hours. The shuttle in the morning was prompt. The check-in clerk recommended a Greek restaurant within walking distance (about 1/2 mile), as this hotel has no restaurant.

Due to long time parking service no parking place available for one night stays. You have to park your car somewhere in the neighborhood.

This hotel was very good. As soon as I arrived Hamburg hotel and called to this hotel. The hotel pick- up servic was waiting for me in front of hotel. So it's very comfortable and the room is so big as well
