The Hotel is Good, i thought they don’t have Elevator but yes they have. The hotel staff are friendly. The area is a bit crowded but its near in Train stations and City bus Stops

“Quiet place if you don't mind the outside area”

I came from a country where it is a luxury to have a quiet room regardless if outside is overbearing with the noise of homelessness. And so far the hotel has delivered. It was quiet enough during the night. The room though needs more heating especially if the temperature outside is zero degrees.

Very close to hbf but the area is pretty messy. Elevator parks between floors, which means you have to carry luggages up and down the stairs. Hotel is a bit old but this is wha you’ll get for this price.

location is good but surroundings were not so good. loon condition is clean. staffs are kind. parking fee for one night is 14 € .

“At the city center”

Well situated between the Hauptbahnhof and the charming St. Georg area. You get a helpfull staff and a clean room with necessities like hairdryer and different soaps in the bathroom. The hotel is almost without failities and the street a bit rowdy with street walkers and that stuff.

The staff was really kind. And the location is nearby the central station. But I felt not a best location. Because there are too many people at front of the hotel. And the small bath room(single room) is also ok for me. I stayed only two nights.

“Honest review”

I booked my stay in Hotel Lumen and when I turned up I was told my room is in Hotel Residence which is one of their chains. The room was nice and satisfactory. The train station is very close and the area around is dodgy and not really safe. If you want to stay somewhere close to pubs or centre then go to saint pauli.

“Close to Central train station”

Hotel is average, nothing special, but it was all I needed for a one night stay. I didn't expect much as it was one of the cheaper options. It was clean and staff were helpful. Hotel is conveniently located close to the Central train station. They had a luggage room to store my bags after checkout. Both these things is what was important to me. Biggest con would be; street that the hotel is on is somewhat dirty with few homeless people, consequently, as a single girl I didn't feel really safe at night.

“Near Hamburg Central Station”

The area is quite not good at night but the hotel has a secured door. The room is clean and there is a available parking space with a fee. The room space is great too! not so large and not small.

It was the good time in Hamburg. The guest room is quote small.

“Very bad”

It was very bad and disappointed!!! No safety lock and the staff can any time open your room while you are sleeping in the room. Some staff is very rude and arrogant especially the "tall guy". No lift, it is very suffering and bad for those travel with big luggages and the staff is not willing to help you. The surrounding of the hotel is no safe and it is very noisy day and night because the hotel is located beside the main road and near some adult shops! You can hear people talking and shouting in the middle of the night from your room.

“Refurnished but still old building, friendly staff”

Hotel was strategically located opposite a speedmart and there were souvenirs shops underneath the hotel. It is very close to the train station. However, you may have to climb 30 steps before you reach the hotel lobby and therefore, travelers with big luggages are not recommended. The lift is available but it is at the half floor. So you have to walk a few steps up or down to your floor where your room is located. The place is quite dangerous, however, if you know the direction well, nobody will bother you. The hotel doesn't have lock from the inner of the room. The housekeeping opened the door when my girlfriend was sleeping in her bed. This is dangerous for a woman/girl.

酒店位於中央火車站附近、行3-4分鐘便到、附近有metro搭車、十分方便、不過房間較細及較舊、加上要行梯級先到大堂、如有大型行李、搬運較辛苦、火車站有好多店舖及食肆、但酒店樓下晚上有少許雜、出入要小心、整體滿意
