2ヶ月前くらいに予約していました。前日に、空港からのアクセス方法や、チェックインに関していろいろと連絡していたのですが全く返事なし。不安なままホテルに着いたらどうやら予約が入ってたことに気づいていなかった様子。幸い部屋は空いていたので問題ありませんでしたが、4人で泊まったのに枕は2つしかなく、2段ベットの上段が壊れていて、冷蔵庫のききも弱く‥‥ 。 初めての土地で連絡をもらえなかったのがなんせマイナスポイントでした。

Ich habe zwei Nächte da geschlafen, Das Zimmer riecht nach Feucht. Das Fenster konnte nicht gekippt werden, daher das Zimmer war kalt. Kommt viele Geräusche von Müschee von unten des Gebäudes. Furchtbar

We have booked a triple room as we needed to have some rest. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed. The floor was dirty, with a carpet that had numerous stains and appeared not to have been vacuumed, leaving a significant amount of dirt. The duvet and pillows were uncovered and had yellow stains on them, which is quite concerning with lots of stains on them. Please have a look in the pictures. Given these conditions, we are worried about potential hygiene issues, including the possibility of bed bugs. While we understand that the rooms are affordable, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. If anything happens to my small dog or to us due to these conditions, I will not hesitate to take further action. Staff at 9am knocked at our door to ask us if they can come to clean and was pointing the watch and repeating when we go. After I explained the issues we found, she started to speak in German! Really? As soon as is something bad, suddenly don’t know English. Definitely we aren’t the only tourists, but this is disgusting how treating tourists. She was saying the staff is in holiday and that why is dirty, but this isn’t an excuse. This has been the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. No one should have this experience when are paying.

The place is very far from public transport. Also it's an Inn not a hotel. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is very poor.

02/01/2025 It was a terrible experience with Panorama Hotel. We reached before 11PM but the hotel was closed. There was no one at the reception nor anywhere around the building. I contacted them on their number as well as on their WhatsApp but didn’t get any reply. I even have a proof of that. Due to the poor communication and mismanagement I had to spent another two hours looking for a new accommodation and end up paying extra 42 euros. Very Bad

Hotel is different from normal hotels, staff are helpful and kind. Easy for prayers as mosque is right outside. Easy for food as shop and restaurant is next door. Nice smoking area outside. No insects (at least in winter) and very clean. Only downside is it can get bit noisy at night from planes and people. I used white noise (fan) and sleep like baby. Penny supermarket right opposite, Hit supermarket right nextdoor. Lidl around the corner as is fried chicken. Turkish / Moroccan people and food around - try Nazar Kebap. Parking on street, plenty around. Had everything we need for affordable price, which we don't normally find in five star. Staff speak English, German and Arabic .

The best point here is about the staff, they are so helpful and nice. It is a very positive experience staying at this property. The premises is clean and all required facilities are available. Value for money for sure

Pas propre, trop petite la chambre pour 4 personne, les équipements datent des années 70, et pas propre du tout, beaucoup de bruits, et on m'a donné une chambre au 2ème étage avec 3 enfants dont un bébé, pas d'ascenseur j'ai du porter seule mes deux valises, pas du tout contente

Die Pluspunkte waren das freundliche Persomal und das Frühstück. Frühstück war gut, aber auch sehr einfach gehalten. Bei Anreise wurde ich gefragt ob ich das Zimmer anschauen will. Auf den ersten Blick war es nicht sauber gereinigt aber passabel. Also habe ich es genommen. Nach dem Einzug wollte ich das Fenster schließen, ging nicht. Mechanik kaputt. Wasserkocher wohl schon ewig nicht mehr entkalkt, schwarze Ränder am Boden. Bett durchgelegen, quietscht und Knarzt. Kissen und Matratze Muffeln als wären diese schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. In den Nachbarzimmern war wohl eine Firma eingemietet. Da ging’s dann Nachts um 1 Uhr los mit Möbelrücken, einräumen und was weßs ich noch…. Mein Fazit: Günstiger Preis, aber etwas Sauberkeit und Ruhe in der Nacht darf man schon erwarten. Das hat das Frühstück auch nicht entschädigt.

Also Personal unfreundlich. Kein Parkplatz man muss gucken wo man parken kann. Keine Klimaanlage, wenn man das Fenster aufmacht ist es laut und es stinkt. Im Flur riecht es nach Rauch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Lesen sie doch bitte die Google Bewertungen durch. Die Fotos die dort gezeigt werden entsprechen nicht dem Hotel, es ist alles dreckig, schimmelig, stinkig und in großen Ganzen eine Bruchbude.

Sehr warm im Zimmer, da keine Klimaanlage und nur 1 Ventilator für die ganze Familie. Man hört die Flugzeuge sehr laut und obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten war am Morgen keines parat. Zugute heißen muss ich, dass das Personal sehr nett war, die Dame wollte uns dann auch etwas zum Frühstück herrichten (was wir dann aber ablehnten) und gab uns Marken für den Kaffeeautomaten, welche wir dann auch einlösten.ein Fazit: Für Singles und kurze Aufenthalte best eine preisgünstige Möglichkeit, für Familien oder längere Aufenthalte nicht die beste Option
