部屋に入ると、これはいくつかの化粧品のリフレッシュが施された古いホテルだと実感しました。アームチェアやベッド、枕には髪の毛があり、あちこちに髪の毛が散乱していました。壁には落ちたペンキのシミがありました。全体的に感じたのは「親愛なるゼネラルマネージャーの皆様、清掃スタッフの給与を増やしてください。そうすれば、彼らはもっとやる気を出して仕事を良くしてくれるでしょう」ということでした。

中央駅から15分で行けて、周辺も静かで綺麗で良いです。何よりスタッフがとても良いです。部屋も良いです。Googleレビューがなぜ3.7なのかわかりません。強くお勧めします。

整頓されて清潔ですが、冷蔵庫、金庫、電気ポットなどはありません。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、混雑しておらず悪くありません。トラムやバスの駅が近くにあります。スタッフは全体的には非常に親切でしたが、チェックインの日はちょっと 😭

ホテルはきちんとしていて非常にシンプルです。入口とロビーは素敵です。部屋は非常に明るく、ベッドと家具はとても基本的です。塗装はされていましたが、やはり最良の時期を過ぎているのが感じられました。冷蔵庫もなく、バスルームにはアメニティもありません。個人的には、4つ星にしてはもっと質が高いことを期待していました。この価格帯では、フランクフルト周辺でより良い選択肢があります。

中央駅から１７番市電に乗り換えるのが、やや不便だが、市電で数駅で中央駅なので、それほど不便ではありません。レンタカーなら、メッセ方面に走らせれば空港からすぐで、繁華街を通ってアクセスする必要がありません。駐車場もありますが、一晩１７ユーロは高いかも。 レストランは、清潔そうだが、場所柄、お客さんを見かけませんでした。

Wifi is free for only first 500MB (last for a few hours surfing,) after that you have to purchase. Parking is 22,-EUR while the room costs only 44.

Was charged 40 Euros for parking. Paid in advance but was asked to pay again upon check out. Bad experience.

Average at best. They should let people know that free internet (wifi) does not actually mean that. It is free to a point, a very low point & then you get charged, a hell of a lot, like USD10/day

The hotel is good, clean and quiet. Just the place is far away the train station and if u need wifi, u need to ask the staff to get the password paper....and it just have 100mb only....very not enough.....need to get so many time, so trouble....

I would not class this hotel as 4*. The restaurant is not open on the weekend. The room we stayed in was neat and tidy but only 1 toothbrush for 2 people???? The was no tea and coffee facility. The staff at check in and check out were very good quick with no fuss. The gentleman behind the bar was able to point us in the direction of a wonderful Greek restaurant which I would highly recommend about 2 streets away (5min walk). The reason we had to find this restaurant was because the hotel restaurant is closed on weekends. The airconditioning in the room worked but not very well. We both had a very uncomfortable and warm night not what I was hoping for after a long day in the heat.
